Agents run on their own login by default. Providers are optional add-on models, configured on each worker, that a task continues on when an agent reaches its usage limit — or that a policy prefers.

Foundation models in your AWS account, with SigV4-signed requests and the usual AWS credential chain. Used directly by Claude Code, OpenCode and Aider.
Claude models through the Anthropic API with an API key. Used directly by Claude Code, OpenCode and Aider, and by the other agents through the model gateway.
OpenAI models deployed in your Azure resource. The base URL is the resource endpoint and the API version is a setting. Used directly by Codex, OpenCode and Aider.
DeepSeek models through their OpenAI-compatible API. A preset in the worker UI; every agent reaches it through the model gateway.
Gemini models through the Gemini API with an API key. Used directly by Gemini CLI, OpenCode and Aider; the model gateway uses its OpenAI-compatible endpoint for the other agents.
Claude and Gemini models on Google Cloud with service-account or application-default credentials. Used directly by Claude Code and Gemini CLI; models are declared by hand.
Fast inference for open models through Groq's OpenAI-compatible API. A preset in the worker UI; every agent reaches it through the model gateway.
Local models served by LM Studio's OpenAI-compatible server, with no API key. Every agent reaches it through the worker's model gateway.
Hosted open models from NVIDIA's API catalog through an OpenAI-compatible API. A preset in the worker UI; every agent reaches it through the model gateway.
Local models on the worker machine with no API key. Keeps code and prompts on your hardware; pairs with the OS sandbox's network-off mode.
GPT models through the OpenAI API with an API key and an optional custom base URL. Used directly by Codex, OpenCode and Aider, and by the other agents through the model gateway.
Any service with an OpenAI-compatible chat completions API — vLLM, LiteLLM, Together, Fireworks and others. Give the base URL; the key is optional.
One key for many models from many vendors, including free ones. Sign in with OpenRouter from the worker instead of pasting a key; credit usage and limit are shown.
